Hello,

I'm Becky Goodall, and I work as a fractional brand and marketing partner to business leaders who want to build something good.

With 20+ years across global brands, agencies, and founder-led businesses, I bring grounded, feel-good strategic thinking that's rooted in commercial reality. I help you understand what's valuable, what's viable, and where to focus your energy next.

My story

I've worked everywhere from corporate boardrooms to surf resorts - and that mix is what makes my work different.

I've worked with global brands like Google, BBC, Samsung, Tesco, Coca-Cola, and Lloyds Banking Group. These roles gave me world-class strategic training, big-picture thinking, and a deep appreciation for commercial pragmatism.

But I've also been drawn to smaller ventures and purpose-led work - a surf resort in Costa Rica, an adventure company in the UK, conservation work in the Patagonian Andes, and eventually leading an environmental publishing company. These roles taught me how to make things happen with limited resources, and showed me that I thrive where mission meets momentum.

 

The mix of big-brand discipline and small-business creativity is what I bring to my clients today. And working with thoughtful founders who want to build something meaningful is where I find the most joy.

Over the years, I've come to believe a few things shape the strongest strategies:
